The invention relates to the technical field of steel arch bridge construction, and discloses a string pipe pumping mechanism, a pumping process and an arch bridge main arch concrete inner pouring device.The string pipe pumping mechanism comprises a first main pipeline, a first reversing valve, a first branch pipe and a second branch pipe; the first main pipeline is communicated with a conveying pump, the first reversing valve is provided with a group of input ports and two groups of output ports, and the input ports of the first reversing valve are communicated with the first main pipeline; the output end of the first branch pipe is communicated with the part of the chord pipe on the arch foot side of the arch bridge, and the input end is communicated with one group of output ports of the first reversing valve; the output end of the second branch pipe is communicated with the part, located between the arch foot side and the arch crown side of the arch bridge, of the chord pipe, the input end of the second branch pipe is communicated with the other set of output ports of the first reversing valve, and the output end of the first branch pipe and the output end of the second branch pipe are each provided with a stop valve. The arch bridge main arch concrete inner pouring device comprises the chord pipe pumping mechanism and the stand column pumping mechanism which are similar in structure, the complexity of arrangement of main arch concrete inner pouring pipelines is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
