Steel box girder pushing traction system and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a steel box girder pushing traction system and a construction method thereof. The steel box girder pushing traction system comprises a first suspension anchor pulling device; second suspension anchor pulling devices; a slideway assembly which comprises a chassis, balls and a buffer plate; and a bottom plate which is connected with a temporary support used for moving the steel box girder. The chassis bears the balls and the buffer plate. The first suspension anchor pulling device is arranged at the tail of the steel box girder, and the second suspension anchor pulling devices are arranged under a middle web plate of the steel box girder. The first suspension anchor pulling device and the multiple second suspension anchor pulling devices work together to be matched with the steel box girder for pushing and hoisting, and the slideway assembly bears the steel box girder and conducts auxiliary adjustment on the pushing operation direction of the steel box girder. Thetechnical problems that in conventional steel box girder pushing construction, a steel box girder is large in dead weight, and resistance friction between a bottom plate of the steel box girder and asliding way is large, so that the steel box girder is not prone to direction adjustment in the pushing process, and the method cannot be suitable for pushing and direction changing of the steel box girder with a complex curve are solved.
