The invention relates to a steel box girder traction construction device and a construction method thereof.The construction device comprises an abutment cover beam, a steel box girder, a guide beam and a steel box girder assembling platform, a plurality of sliding ways are installed at the bottom of the steel box girder and the bottom of the guide beam in the steel box girder traction direction, and rolling devices are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the sliding ways, of the tops of the abutment cover beam and the steel box girder assembling platform; the rolling devices are installed in the corresponding sliding ways in a rolling mode, two guide limiting devices are symmetrically arranged on the portions, on the two sides of the middle sliding way, of the top of the abutment cover beam and the top of the steel box beam assembling platform, hydraulic jacks are symmetrically arranged on the portions, below the steel box beam, of the two sides of the top of the abutment cover beam, and traction devices are connected to the front end and the rear end of the steel box beam. The device is convenient and fast to mount and dismount, good in economical efficiency and wide in applicability; the steel box girder can be pulled in place at a time, and the defect that the construction period of walking type pushing equipment is long is overcome; continuous lower slideways and rolling shafts do not need to be arranged, so that the construction cost is reduced; the traction speed is controllable, the stability is good, and the phenomena of deviation, out-of-control and the like of the steel box girder are avoided.
本发明是一种钢箱梁牵引施工装置及其施工方法,施工装置包括墩台盖梁、钢箱梁、导梁、钢箱梁组拼平台,钢箱梁、导梁底部沿钢箱梁牵引方向安装有若干条滑道,墩台盖梁、钢箱梁组装平台顶部对应每个滑道均设有一个滚动装置,滚动装置滚动安装在对应的滑道内,墩台盖梁、钢箱梁组装平台顶部在中间一条滑道的两侧均对称布置有两个导向限位装置,墩台盖梁顶部两侧在钢箱梁下方对称设有液压千斤顶,钢箱梁前端、后端均连有牵引装置。本发明安拆方便快捷、经济性好、适用性广;钢箱梁可一次牵引就位,避免了步履式顶推设备施工周期长的缺点;无需设置连续的下滑道以及滚轴,降低了工程造价;牵引速度可控,稳定性好,不易发生钢箱梁偏位、失控等现象。
