The invention discloses a composite anti-sliding pile and a construction method. The composite anti-sliding pile comprises an anti-sliding pile body and a reinforced body, the anti-sliding pile body is used for being arranged in a pile well, the pile well penetrates through a bard soil layer, a soft interlayer and a bottom hard soil layer, the anti-sliding pile body is of a rectangular structure,one end of the reinforced body penetrates through the pile well and is embedded into the soft interlayer and the bottom hard soil layer, and the other end of the reinforced body is fixedly connected with the anti-sliding pile body. The reinforced body is arranged outside the pile body where the anti-sliding pile body penetrates through the soft interlayer, the cross-section size of the anti-sliding pile in the soft interlayer is increased locally, the anti-sliding pile of the rectangular structure has good bending and shear strength, thus multiple anti-sliding piles do not need to be arrangedto enhance the bearing capacity in the difficult stratum, the length of the anti-sliding pile is reduced, other types of piles also do not need to be arranged to reduced the length of single pile, theproblem that the anti-sliding pile in the difficult stratum cannot reach the design pile length is solved, the support stability and safety of the anti-sliding pile in the difficult stratum are ensured, and the project investment is saved.
