The invention discloses a construction method of a full-compaction type secondary soil-squeezing single-head expanded-base pile. The method comprises the following steps of S1, paying off on site, placing a pile machine in place, and placing hard concrete at a pile position; S2, the inner pipe and the outer pipe are sleeved, the double pipes are tamped and sunk into a designed pile end bearing layer; S3, the inner pipe is pulled out, and concrete needed by the expanded-base section of the pile end is poured and then put into the inner pipe; S4, hammering the inner pipe by a pile hammer to extrude the concrete out of the outer pipe; S5, the inner pipe is pulled out, and the inner pipe is placed after pile body concrete is poured; S6, the inner pipe and the pile body concrete are tamped, andmeanwhile the outer pipe is pulled up; S7, the steps S5-S6 are repeated, and pile body concrete pouring and tamping are completed; and S8, the pile frame is translated, and the reinforcement cage ishoisted. The method has the characteristics of secondarily squeezing soil, compacting the concrete of the pile body, thoroughly eliminating the common quality problem of the formed pile, ensuring theintegrity of the pile body, improving the bearing capacity of a single pile and greatly saving the use amount of the concrete of the pile body.
