The invention discloses a construction method of an all pounding type secondary soil-squeezing multi-head pedestal pile. The construction method comprises the following steps of S1, conducting on-sitesetting-out, arranging a pile machine in position, arranging hard concrete at the pile location to form a pipe port sealing section of about 0.5 m; S2, sleeving an inner tube and an outer tube, pounding the two tubes, sinking the two tubes to reach a designed bearing stratum of a pile tip expanding pedestal section; S3, pulling out the inner tube, filling pile tip expanding pedestal section concrete and then sinking the inner tube; S4, pounding out the pile tip expanding pedestal section concrete; S5, pulling out the inner tube, filling pile body concrete and then sinking the inner tube; S6,pounding the inner tube and the pile body concrete; S7, repeating the step S5-S6 to complete filling and pounding of the pile body concrete and pile body expanding pedestal section concrete; and S8, horizontally moving a pile frame, hoisting a reinforcement cage, and aligning a reinforcement cage pipe expanding, tamping and inserting device with the pile position. The construction method has the characteristics that common quality problems during pile sinking are eliminated, and the integrity of a pile body is ensured, the compression bearing capacity and pulling resistance of a single pile are improved, and consumption of the pile body concrete is saved a lot.
