Steel casing mounting device and steel casing mounting method
The invention discloses a steel casing mounting device and a steel casing mounting method. The steel casing mounting device comprises a protecting plate and at least one annular groove which is arranged on the lower surface of the protecting plate and can be matched with a steel casing in mounting. The mounting method comprises the following steps of positioning the steel casing; aligning the annular groove with the steel casing and matching the annular groove with the steel casing in mounting; and applying a pressure to the protecting plate uniformly, wherein the protecting plate pushes the steel casing to move downward. The steel casing mounting device has the beneficial effects that the steel casing mounting device covers the steel casing, and the steel casing is driven to move downwardby applying the pressure to the protecting plate, so that the steel casing is stressed uniformly, and therefore, the mounting precision of the steel casing is improved favorably; and as the annular groove coats a position near the opening of the steel casing, the steel casing can be prevented from being stressed directly to prevent the end part of the steel casing from being damaged and deformeddue to stress.
本发明公开了一种钢护筒安装装置及安装方法,包括保护板和至少一个设置在保护板下表面且能够与钢护筒配合安装的环形凹槽,将钢护筒定位;使环形凹槽对准钢护筒并与之配合安装;对保护板均匀施加压力,使保护板推动钢护筒向下移动。本发明的有益效果是:本方案覆盖在钢护筒上,通过对保护板施加压力来带动钢护筒向下移动,能够使钢护筒受力均匀,从而有利于提高钢护筒的安装精度,通过环形凹槽包覆在钢护筒口径附近,能够避免钢护筒直接受力,防止钢护筒的端部受力损坏、变形。
