Steel casing positioning device and steel casing mounting method
The invention provides a steel casing positioning device and a steel casing mounting method. The device comprises a base and a positioning mechanism; the base is provided with a first channel for penetrating through a steel casing; the positioning mechanism is arranged on the base in a position adjustable manner to adjust the levelness of the positioning mechanism; the positioning mechanism is provided with a second channel for slidably penetrating through the steel casing; the second channel is corresponding to the first channel; the space of the second channel is smaller than or equal to the space of the first channel; and the positioning mechanism is used for adjusting the space size of the second channel to limit the perpendicularity of the steel casing. The position of the positioning mechanism relative to the base is adjustable, so that the positioning mechanism is located in a horizontal state to achieve installation of the steel casing; and the positioning mechanism adjusts the space size of the second channel to limit the perpendicularity of the steel casing when guaranteeing stable sliding of the steel casing, so that the inclination of the steel casing is prevented, the perpendicularity of a cast-in-place pile is guaranteed, and the deviation of the cast-in-place pile and influence on drilling of adjacent pile positions are prevented.
