The invention provides a stacking and discharging system for dry-discharged tailings of an open-pit mine stope and a stacking and discharging method thereof, and relates to the technical field of open-pit mining. The stacking and discharging system involves a ground conveying device, a chute conveying device and a blocking dam. An open pit which is not closed is used as an internal dry-dischargedtailing pond, and the dry-discharged tailings are directly stacked and discharged inside the open pit which is not closed; the tailings completing a dry discharge process can be conveyed to the chuteconveying device through the ground conveying device, the chute conveying device gradually conveys the dry-discharged tailings to a pit bottom position through the self-weight of the dry-discharged tailings by using the inclined surfaces of the pit slope positions of steps of the open pit, the blocking dam is used for blocking the dry-discharged tailings conveyed to the pit bottom by the chute conveying device, and the dry-discharged tailings conveyed to the pit bottom are stacked, discharged and rolled, so that the technical problem that in the prior art, the storage capacity of the tailing pond is about to be used up, so that the dry-discharged tailings cannot be stacked is solved; and the land of the special tailing pond is not needed to be occupied any more, and the practicability is higher.
本发明提供了一种露天矿采场的干排尾矿的堆排系统及其堆排方法,涉及露天采矿的技术领域,包括地面输送装置、溜槽输送装置和拦挡坝;通过利用尚未闭坑的露天采场做内部干排尾矿库,将干排尾矿直接堆排在尚未闭坑的露天采场内部;通过地面输送装置能够将完成干排工艺的尾矿输送至溜槽输送装置处,溜槽输送装置利用露天矿采场台阶的边帮位置倾斜面,通过干排尾矿的自重逐步将干排尾矿输送至坑底位置,利用拦挡坝阻挡溜槽输送装置输送到坑底的干排尾矿,将输送至坑底的干排尾矿进行堆排碾压,缓解现有技术中存在的尾矿库库容即将用尽,无法对干排尾矿进行堆存的技术问题;不再需要征占专用尾矿库的土地,更加实用。
