The invention relates to a pile hole drainage device, and belongs to the technical field of building pile hole drainage devices. The pile hole drainage device comprises a first column casing with a hollow structure, wherein a bottom plate is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the first column casing; a second column casing is arranged on the inner wall of the first column casing in a sleeving way; the bottom end of the second column casing is of an opening structure; the first column casing and the second column casing can relatively move in the axial direction; when the second column casing downwards moves relative to the first column casing, the bottom end face of the second column casing can contact the upper surface of the bottom plate of the first column casing so as to form a sealed structure; a water inlet structure is arranged on the side wall of the first column casing; a piston is arranged in an inner cavity of the second column casing and is fixedly connected onto an operating rod; the upper end of the operating rod stretches out from the top end of the second column casing; a drainage hole is formed in the lower end of the inner wall of the second column casing and is connected to a drainage channel in a sealing way; and the drainage end of the drainage channel is arranged at the top end of the second column casing. The pile hole drainage device provided by the invention is simple in structure and easy to implement.
