The device specifically comprises a separating part, a water collecting part and a pressurizing device, the separating part is used for carrying out water-gas separation on the galvanic pile, and separated liquid flows to the water collecting part. The pressurizing device is provided with a pressure space communicated with the water collecting piece. And liquid in the water collecting piece can flow into the pressure space. And the spraying piece is communicated with the pressure space and is constructed to be used for spraying out liquid in the pressure space under the driving of set pressure, so that reutilization of electric pile drained water is realized. In the actual running process of the vehicle, the liquid sprayed out under the set pressure can wash the ground to achieve the ground washing effect, and can also wash other objects, so that the effect of reusing the drained water of the electric pile is achieved.
