Construction method for forming cast-in-place concrete post-pouring joint
The invention provides a construction method for forming a cast-in-place concrete post-pouring joint. The method comprises steps as follows: 1), height of boundary plates is determined according to designed elevation of a concrete post-pouring joint foundation, and vertical length of the boundary plates is determined according to thickness of the post-pouring joint; 2), reinforcing steel bar holesare formed in the boundary plates according to reinforcement spacing and reinforcement number in a drawing; 3), when reinforcing steel bars of post-pouring joint are arranged, water-stop steel beltsare arranged in the butted positions of two sides of the post-pouring joint and the cast-in-place part, the boundary plates are welded on two sides of center lines of the water-stop steel belts and perpendicular to the water-stop steel belts, and the boundary plates are located on a boundary line of the cast-in-place part and the post-pouring part of a wall bottom plate; 4), rivets are arranged onthe post-pouring joint sides of the boundary plates; and 5), concrete pouring for the post-pouring joint is performed, concrete top elevation of the post-pouring joint is determined with the top height of the boundary plates as reference during concrete pouring, the boundary plates are poured into concrete. The existing concrete structure is prevented from being damaged, construction quality of the concrete structure is guaranteed, little artificial input is needed, operating difficulty is reduced, and construction cost is saved.
本发明提供一种现浇混凝土后浇带成型施工方法:1)按混凝土后浇带基础至设计标高确定分界板高度,按后浇带厚度确定分界板竖向长度;2)分界板上按图纸配筋间距、配筋号开制有钢筋孔;3)后浇带钢筋布置时,后浇带两侧与现浇部分对接位置固定止水钢带,在止水钢带中线两侧焊接分界板,分界板与止水钢带垂直,该分界板处于墙体底板现浇部分与后浇部分的分界线上;4)分界板后浇带侧并设置有铆钉;5)进行后浇带混凝土浇筑,混凝土浇筑时以分界板顶部高度为参照确定后浇带混凝土顶面标高,将分界板浇筑于混凝土中,本发明避免现浇混凝土结构受到破坏,进而保证混凝土结构施工质量,人工投入少,降低操作难度节省施工成本。
