The invention relates to an immersed tube cast-in-place underwater final joint concrete pouring method which comprises the following steps: forming a dry construction environment through a steel sealing plate, so that dry construction operation can be carried out in an immersed tube underwater, and after a bottom plate, a side wall and a middle partition wall are poured, pre-burying a plurality of pumping pipes, a plurality of grouting pipes and a plurality of exhaust pipes when an inner mold of a top plate is erected, forming a top plate pouring space; top plate concrete is poured into the pouring space of the top plate through the pump truck in the immersed tube and the pre-buried pumping tube, and after the concrete is poured, due to the fact that the tube opening of the grouting tube is higher than the tube opening of the pumping tube, high-strength shrinkage-free grouting materials can be poured through the pre-buried grouting tube in a pressure mode. The high-strength shrinkage-free grouting material can fill and compact the narrow space between the poured concrete of the top plate and the steel sealing plate at the top, and finally concrete pouring of the underwater final joint main body structure is completed.
