Environment-friendly energy-saving heat preservation building wall
The invention relates to an environment-friendly energy-saving heat preservation building wall. An outer wall, a main wall and an inner wall are included. The main wall is formed by constructing strawfiber concrete building blocks. The outer wall comprises a first electric heating film, a first coating mortar layer, a heat preservation layer, a first enhancing layer, an anti-crack layer, a firstfireproof layer, a second coating mortar layer, a base-layer wall plate and an energy-saving layer which are sequentially arranged. The inner wall comprises a second electric heating film, a mortar leveling layer, a second enhancing layer, a purification layer, a fixing layer, a second fireproof layer and a panel decoration layer which are sequentially arranged. The first electric heating film andthe second electric heating film are connected with the energy-saving layer through wires so that electric energy from the energy-saving layer can be received. After electrification and heating, thewall temperature is increased. Compared with the prior art, the main wall is constructed on the basis of the straw fiber concrete building blocks, in combination with the electric heating films and photovoltaic power generation, wall temperature rise and heat preservation are achieved, the fireproof, shockproof, enhancing fixing and purification design is adopted, and the wall can combine the functions of environment protection, energy saving, fire prevention, vibration prevention and purification.
本发明涉及一种环保节能保温建筑墙体,包括外墙、主墙体和内墙,主墙体由秸秆纤维混凝土砌块构造而成,外墙包括依次设置的第一电热膜、第一抹面砂浆层、保温层、第一增强层、抗裂层、第一防火层、第二抹面砂浆层、基层墙板和节能层;内墙包括依次设置的第二电热膜、砂浆找平层、第二增强层、净化层、固定层、第二防火层和面板装饰层,第一电热膜和第二电热膜分别通过导线与节能层连接,以接收来自节能层的电能,通电加热后提高墙体温度。与现有技术相比,本发明基于秸秆纤维混凝土砌块构造主墙体,结合电热膜及光伏发电,实现对墙体的升温及保温,采用防火、防震、增强固定以及净化设计,使得墙体能够兼具环保节能、防火、防震、净化的功能。
