本发明公开了一种开孔钢板组合叠合剪力墙基础连接施工工艺,包括:S1:根据施工图纸绑扎基础钢筋,将预埋钢筋、预埋钢板与基础钢筋绑扎连接,S2:开孔钢板组合叠合剪力墙下支设300高与预制墙同宽的侧模板,S3:浇筑基础混凝土,1‑2小时后待基础混凝土初凝,浇筑300高剪力墙下混凝土台,S4:基础及混凝土台达到强度后,拆除侧模板,放线、放置钢垫块或其他墙下支撑工装并调平至指定高度,S5:吊装开孔钢板组合叠合剪力墙至指定位置,剪力墙与混凝土台顶保持一定的距离50mm‑200mm,保证预埋钢筋或预埋钢板竖直插入剪力墙内或者将开孔钢板与预埋钢板焊接,施工操作简单,吊装方便,外侧钢板和混凝土充分利用了材料性能,相对于钢板剪力墙经济性好,有良好的防水性能。
