The invention provides a structure and a manufacturing process of a superposed beam adopting perforated profile steel as a shear key. The superposed beam adopting the perforated profile steel as the shear key is composed of UHPC on a lower layer, NC on an upper layer and the perforated profile steel in the middle. The perforated profile steel is composed of a web in the middle and flange plates on the two sides. The perforated profile steel is perpendicular to a bonding face of the UHPC and the NC. The cross section of the perforated profile steel is in an H shape when viewed from a cross section, and the centroid of the profile steel coincides with the center of the bonding face of the UHPC and the NC. The perforated profile steel can be integral, the length of the perforated profile steel is 10-20 cm smaller than the length of a beam, the perforated profile steel can also be made to be discontinuous, the length of each section of profile steel can meet the requirement that 2-3 holes can be formed in the web, the distance between every two sections of the profile steel is 20-30 cm, and concrete tenons are formed in the holes of the perforated profile steel after the NC is poured, so that the UHPC and the NC are well overlapped, and overall stress is well achieved.
本发明提供了一种采用开孔型钢作为剪力键的叠合梁的结构与制造工艺。所述一种采用开孔型钢作为剪力键的叠合梁,由下层的UHPC,上层的NC和中间的开孔型钢组成;所述的开孔型钢由中间的腹板和两边的翼缘板组成;开孔型钢垂直于UHPC和NC的粘结面,从横断面上看,开孔型钢的截面形状为H形,其形心应与UHPC和NC的粘结面中心重合。所述的开孔型钢可以是整体式的,长度比梁长小10cm~20cm,亦可以做成间断式的,每段型钢长度以能够满足腹板开2~3孔为宜,每段型钢间距20~30cm,在浇筑NC后在开孔型钢孔洞内形成混凝土榫,使得UHPC和NC较好的叠合,很好地整体受力。
