Assembled light-weight bearing floor slab, construction device and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an assembled light-weight bearing floor slab, a construction device and a preparation method thereof and relates to the technical field of buildings. The assembled light-weightbearing floor slab comprises a plurality of rows of floor slab structures arranged in parallel. Each row of floor slab structures comprises a plurality of light-weight concrete plates which are located on a straight line along a center line in a length direction, and Z-shaped channel steel is fixedly connected to two ends of each light-weight concrete plate in the width direction, separately. Thelight-weight concrete plate is a physically foamed cement fiber plate. The light-weight concrete plate which is the physically foamed cement fiber plate is small in self weight and the volume-weightis only 500-600 kg/m<3>. The calculated load of the assembled light-weight bearing floor slab is 4.2 kn/m<2> which is smaller than a standard load 5.5 kn/m<2> of the floor slab, so that the floor slabstructure is good in safety performance. A pass secondary beam is formed by the Z-shaped channel steel on opposite surfaces of adjacent two light-weight concrete plates. A concrete layer is poured, so that it is advantageous to enhance the integrity and the anti-seismic performance of the assembled light-weight bearing floor slab.
