The invention relates to the field of fabricated buildings, and discloses a light floor slab and a preparation method thereof.The light floor slab comprises a first inner frame and a second inner frame which are arranged side by side, supporting frameworks are laid in the first inner frame and the second inner frame respectively, and the supporting frameworks are matched with the first inner frame and the second inner frame to form a direct-connection floor slab in a pouring mode; the device further comprises a screw penetrating through the two mounting covers, the two ends of the screw are in threaded connection with nut sleeves respectively, the nut sleeves are located in the mounting covers, and the screw sequentially penetrates through the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole and is matched with the nut sleeves at the two ends of the screw to connect the adjacent side faces of the first inner frame and the second inner frame. As the first inner frame and the second inner frame are of frame structures, the overall weight is light, and carrying and transportation are convenient.
