A humidity induction line is arranged on an upper assembly, a humidity sensor is installed on the upper assembly in aconnecting mode, fans are arranged on the two sides of a dome, the fans are connected with fan ventilation pipes, the fan ventilation pipes are connected with a heater air inlet, the humidity sensoris electrically connected with a central processing unit, the central processing unit is electrically connected with a fan controller to control the fans on the two sides of the dome to be started orstopped, when the fans on the two sides of the dome are controlled to be started, hot air enters into the heater air inlet of a lower assembly through the fan ventilation pipes, and when the hot air passes through a cavity of the lower assembly, the hot air is sprayed from heater air outlets to dome glass through air pressure in the fan ventilation pipes; and the water mist on the dome glass can be cleared in time, so that the dome glass is effectively kept dry, and the phenomenon of water mist condensation of the dome glass is avoided.
