Multifunctional assembly type jig frame
The multifunctional assembly type jig frame comprises at least two of a first assembly, a second assembly and a third assembly which are assembled, a first end plate, a second end plate and a third end plate are arranged at the two ends of the first assembly, the two ends of the second assembly and the two ends of the third assembly respectively, and clamping grooves are formed in the two ends of the first assembly. The second assembly is provided with a plurality of connecting plates matched with the clamping grooves, and the first assembly, the second assembly and the third assembly are each provided with a plurality of bolt holes correspondingly matched with one another. The truss structure assembling jig frame overcomes the defects that an existing truss structure assembling jig frame cannot be used in a standardized assembly mode in a circulating mode and a lattice type supporting jig frame is single in use function, and assembling of triangular trusses, quadrilateral trusses, curved surface trusses and special-shaped trusses and stacking of plane trusses can be met. The assembly type jig frame is few in component category, convenient to assemble, high in overall assembly quality, low in labor cost and high in construction efficiency.
本发明公开了一种多功能装配式胎架，包括组件一、组件二和组件三中的至少两种进行拼装，所述组件一、所述组件二和所述组件三的两端分别设置有端板一、端板二和端板三，所述组件一的两端开设有卡槽，所述组件二上设置有若干与所述卡槽配合的连接板，所述组件一、所述组件二和所述组件三上均设置有若干相互对应配合的螺栓孔。本发明弥补了现有桁架结构拼装胎架不能实现标准化组件形式循环周转使用及“格构式支撑胎架”使用功能单一的不足，可以满足三角桁架、四边形桁架、曲面桁架、异形桁架的拼装以及平面桁架的叠拼、堆放。本发明装配式胎架的组件类别少、拼装方便，整体拼装质量高、人力成本低、施工效率高。
