The invention relates to a precast concrete external hanging wallboard and a construction method thereof. The precast concrete external hanging wallboard is formed by pouring concrete; connecting steel bars are embedded in the precast concrete external hanging wallboard; lifting hooks are embedded in the upper end of the precast concrete external hanging wallboard; bearing brackets and fastening connecting assemblies are embedded in the lower end of the inner side of the precast concrete external hanging wallboard; and fastening connecting assemblies are embedded in the upper portion of the inner side of the precast concrete external hanging wallboard. The precast concrete external hanging wallboard can be directly hung on a main structure, angle steel connecting parts are positioned on the external hanging wallboard to be matched with connecting rods and are welded to embedding parts in a concrete beam, then nuts are fastened and welded to fastening connecting parts, and thus the external hanging wallboard can be rapidly positioned and mounted; and the time for adjusting perpendicularity and levelness of the external hanging wallboard is shortened, the construction process is simplified, the construction period is shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种预制混凝土外挂墙板及其施工方法，预制混凝土外挂墙板为混凝土浇筑而成，预制混凝土外挂墙板内预埋连接钢筋，预制混凝土外挂墙板上端预埋吊钩，预制混凝土外挂墙板内侧下端预埋承重牛腿和紧固连接组件，预制混凝土外挂墙板内侧上部也预埋紧固连接组件。该外挂墙板可以直接挂于主体结构上，角钢连接件在外挂墙板定位与连接杆适配并焊接到混凝土梁内预埋件上，再通过螺母与紧固连接件紧固焊合，可实现外挂墙板的快速定位安装，缩短外挂墙板垂直度及水平度调整时间，简化了施工工艺、缩短了施工工期、提高了施工效率。
