The invention relates to the technical field of wall masonry materials, in particular to a prefabricated concrete structure wallboard and application thereof. The prefabricated concrete structure wallboard comprises an inner wall, a heat preservation layer, an outer wall and a veneer which are sequentially arranged in a stacked mode. More than two polymer cement mortar layers are stacked in the outer wall, alkali-resistant glass fiber gridding cloth is arranged between the polymer cement mortar layers, and the polymer cement mortar layers are in contact with the thermal insulation layer and the veneer respectively; the total thickness of the outer leaf wall ranges from 3 mm to 5 mm. The inner leaf wall and the heat preservation layer are fixed through anchoring parts. The number of the anchoring parts is larger than or equal to 8/m < 2 >. The effective anchoring depth of the anchoring part is larger than or equal to 50 mm. According to the prefabricated concrete structure wallboard, the building safety can still be taken into consideration when the heat preservation layer is thick.
本发明涉及墙体砌筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种预制混凝土结构墙板及其应用。预制混凝土结构墙板包括依次层叠设置的:内叶墙、保温层、外叶墙、以及饰面;所述外叶墙中层叠设有两层以上聚合物水泥砂浆层,在所述聚合物水泥砂浆层之间设有耐碱玻璃纤维网格布,且所述聚合物水泥砂浆层分别与所述保温层和所述饰面接触设置;其中,所述外叶墙的总厚度为3~5mm;在所述内叶墙和所述保温层之间采用锚固件固定;所述锚固件的数量为≥8个/m2;所述锚固件的有效锚固深度大于或等于50mm。本发明的预制混凝土结构墙板,在较厚保温层时仍能兼顾建筑安全性。
