Overhead floor heating system
The invention discloses an overhead floor heating system. The overhead floor heating system is characterized by comprising a levelling layer (4), a lower floor heating plate (3), a floor heating pipe(5), an upper floor heating plate (2) and a floor material (1), wherein grooves (6) are arranged in two corresponding sides of the upper surface of the lower floor heating plate (3); inserting pieces(7) are arranged on the two sides, corresponding to the grooves (6) of the lower floor heating plate, of the lower surface of the upper floor heating plate (2) and are inserted into the grooves (6) during installation for fixation. The floor heating material prepared by the invention has the advantages of safety and environmental protection, high mechanical strength, strong non-deformability, freewarping and concave-convex deformation, excellent physical and chemical properties, excellent impermeability and corrosion resistance, capability of prolonging the overall service life of floor heating, excellent heat-conducting property, single-phase heat transfer of the plate, high heat conductivity coefficient, fast heat dissipation and good heat dissipation uniformity; and furthermore, cementmortar is not added in the floor heating pipe layer, the dust pollution is reduced, and the later maintenance is convenient.
