The invention provides an assembly type ground overhead system with a floor heating function. The assembly type ground overhead system comprises a plurality of spliced ground overhead modules, and each ground overhead module comprises supports, a support plate, a heat preservation plate, a heat preservation plate and a balance plate which are arranged from bottom to top; the supports are arrangedat the bottoms of the four corners of the supporting plates; the heat preservation plates are arranged in the supporting plates, positioning blocks which are evenly distributed are arranged on the surfaces of the heat preservation plates, and wiring channels are formed; the floor heating pipes are laid in the wiring channels; and the balance plates are laid on the floor heating pipes. Compared with the prior art, the assembly type ground overhead system has the following advantages that the assembly type ground overhead system can adapt to grounds made of different materials for construction,and the adaptability is high; the installation is convenient and fast, and the construction efficiency is high; and dry-method operation is facilitated, dust or noise pollution caused by wet-method operation is avoided, and the construction concept of environmental protection is met.
