Floor installation robot
The invention discloses a floor installation robot which comprises a chassis, a mechanical arm arranged on the chassis and a knocking mechanism. A gripper is arranged at the execution end of the mechanical arm, the mechanical arm can drive the gripper to place floors on the two sides of the chassis in the advancing direction, the knocking mechanism is connected to the lower portion of the chassis,the knocking mechanism comprises two knocking pieces, each knocking piece can move in the moving direction perpendicular to the advancing direction of the chassis, the two knocking pieces can stretchout of or retract into the chassis from the two sides of the chassis, and the two knocking pieces are used for knocking the side edges of the floors when stretching out. Full-automatic mounting operation of the floors can be achieved, the labor intensity of workers is relieved, and the mounting efficiency of the floors is improved. The floors can be mounted and knocked on the two sides of the robot, the problem that the floors cannot be mounted at the edge positions due to the fact that the robot occupies a certain space is solved, and the mounting coverage rate of the robot is increased.
本发明公开了一种地板安装机器人,包括:底盘;机械手,机械手设在底盘上,机械手的执行端上设有抓手,机械手能驱动抓手将地板置于底盘前进方向的两侧;敲击机构,敲击机构连接在底盘的下方,敲击机构包括两个敲击件,每个敲击件沿与底盘前进方向相垂直的活动方向可移动,两个敲击件可从底盘的两侧伸出或缩回底盘,其中两个敲击件在伸出时用于敲击地板的侧边。本发明能够实现地板的全自动化安装作业,减轻工人劳动强度,提高地板的安装效率。而且还能在机器人的两侧安装和敲击地板,解决由于机器人自身占用一定空间而无法在边缘位置处安装地板的问题,提高了机器人的安装覆盖率。
