The invention discloses a method for refitting a high-altitude mold at a variable cross-section position of a silo slip form. Construction is carried out according to the following the procedures, andthe procedures are that lower slip form concrete is poured to the variable cross-section position; the height is lifted by 200 mm, steel bars are used for being welded to force bearing rods at the positions 100 mm away from the concrete, and an end head abuts against the inner side of an outer mold; the height is lifted by 400 mm, horizontal reinforcing steel bars are welded to the positions 600mm away from the concrete surface along the inner sides of the force bearing rods, and inclined strut reinforcing steel bars are welded between the adjacent force bearing rods; then the height is lifted by 500mm, and horizontal reinforcing steel bars are welded to the positions, 1200 mm away from the concrete surface, of the inner sides of the force bearing rods; a wood formwork is sealed at a lower opening of the outer mold, an upper opening of the wood formwork is connected with a lower opening of a steel formwork through steel bars, and a lower opening of the wood formwork is connected witha steel pipe supported on the cylinder wall; the height is lifted by 150 mm, the formworks slide, and the distance between lower openings of an inner steel formwork and an outer steel formwork and the concrete surface is 50 mm; an inner mold is disassembled and cleared; the inner mold is assembled, and an inner platform is recovered; the outer mold is disassembled and cleared; and the outer moldis assembled, and an outer platform is recovered. According to the method, the high-altitude variable-cross-section slip form mold is refitted, the construction period is shortened, the construction cost is reduced, and the safety of high-altitude refitting of the slip form is ensured.
