The invention relates to the technical field of slip-form construction, in particular to a slip-form construction method for the wall of a squat silo. A lifting device is arranged on the lifting frame and is used for lifting a template of a silo wall; a template of the silo wall is detachably hoisted below the hoisting frame through a hoisting device; one side, far away from the silo wall, of the template is detachably connected with the enclosure; the slip form construction method comprises the following steps of: replacing a template; the replacement measure comprises the steps that S1, connection between the old formwork and the enclosure at the corresponding position is relieved; s2, sliding and lifting construction is carried out, and meanwhile, the lifting device is started to rotate reversely so that the position of the old formwork can be kept unchanged till the old formwork is separated from the lifting frame; s3, releasing the connection between the old template and the lifting device, and replacing the old template with a new template; and S4, the lifting device is started to rotate in the forward direction till the new formwork is reset, and the new formwork and the enclosure at the corresponding position are connected again. Through the arrangement, on the basis of slip-form construction, the continuous influence of a binding material on the inner side of the formwork on the concrete demoulding effect is avoided.
