The invention discloses a mobile one-column one-pile stone filling platform and a construction method and belongs to the field of building construction. The stone filling platform is used for concretepouring construction of a steel tube column. The mobile one-column one-pile stone filling platform comprises a hopper and a supporting structure. The hopper is integrally inclined towards the groundand used for filling stones to the outer side of the steel tube column. The hopper is provided with a bottom plane and side walls located on the two sides of the bottom plane correspondingly, arrangedperpendicular to the bottom plane and extending upwards. The supporting structure is a simple truss structure system formed by welding steel angles and is used for supporting the hopper. In the usingprocess, the mobile one-column one-pile stone filling platform can avoid a steel tube column perpendicularity adjusting frame. Through the mobile one-column one-pile stone filling platform, filling operation of stones on the outer side of the steel tube column can be completed smoothly. In addition, the mobile one-column one-pile stone filling platform is fast and convenient to manufacture and capable of being repeatedly used in multiple projects, saves materials to some extent, shortens the construction period and reduces the cost.
