The construction method comprises the following steps of: constructing a pile hole; filling a predetermined amountof initial concrete into the pile hole; and stirring and mixing the initial concrete and muck at the bottom of the pile hole to form a muck concrete embedding layer. The construction method of the filling pile can effectively treat the muck at the bottom of the pile and improve the bearing capacity of the filling pile.
