The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a medical shelter and a medical vehicle with the medical shelter. The medical shelter comprises a shelter body, wherein the interior of the shelter body is hollow, and a chamber is formed in the shelter body. A passing opening is formed at the top or the side of the shelter body, and the passing opening communicates with the chamber and can allow medical imaging equipment to enter. The medical shelter has the advantages that the passing opening used for allowing the medical imaging equipment to enter is formedat the top or the side face of the shelter body so that the medical shelter and the medical imaging equipment can be separately transported. When the medical shelter is designed, the problem of vibration to the medical imaging equipment in the transporting process or the influence of temperature and humidity changes on the medical imaging equipment does not need to be considered, the structure ofthe medical shelter can be greatly simplified, and the production cost of the medical shelter can be reduced.
