The invention provides a shelter, a shelter medical system and a vehicle-mounted shelter medical system. The shelter is used for accommodating scanning equipment, and the scanning equipment comprisesa scanning bed and a scanning main body; the shelter comprises a shelter body, and the shelter body comprises a scanning cabin and a first side wall; the shelter further comprises a space adjusting frame, the space adjusting frame comprises a first receding space, and an opening communicating with the first receding space is formed in one side of the space adjusting frame; the shelter has a contraction state and an expansion state; the space adjusting frame is fixed to a first side wall and protrudes out of the scanning cabin and has an opening facing the scanning cabin; the first receding space communicates with the scanning cabin through the opening and extends out of the scanning cabin in the first direction so as to allow one end of the scanning bed to move into the first receding space; and/or the shelter body further comprises a partition wall, the shelter comprises an operation cabin, the partition wall comprises a receding part, the receding part comprises a second receding space facing the scanning cabin, the second receding space extends out of the scanning cabin in the direction deviating from the first direction so as to allow the other end of the scanning bed to move into the second receding space.
