The invention discloses a modular foldable mobile room, which is provided with a supporting frame and a room plate group, wherein the room plate group comprises a front room plate group; the front room plate group comprises a roof plate, a room bottom plate, a left wall plate, a right wall plate and a front end plate; the front side of the roof plate and the upper end of the front end plate are inlap joint connection; an anti-falling rainwater-and-dust-proof mechanism is arranged between the front side of the roof plate and the upper end of the front end plate; the anti-falling rainwater-and-dust-proof mechanism comprises a groove and a bulge, wherein the groove is arranged on the front side end surface of the roof plate and is provided with an internally concave arc-shaped surface; the bulge is arranged on the end surface of the upper end of the front end plate and is provided with an externally-convex arc-shaped surface; the arc-shaped surfaces of the internally concave arc-shaped surface and the externally-convex arc-shaped surface are fit and cooperated; the front end of the groove is provided with an internal folding plate which inwards extends and is upwards inclined; the front end of the bulge is provided with an external folding plate which outwards extends and is downwards inclined; the bulge is arranged in the groove; and the external folding plate and the internal folding plate are vertically opposite. According to the modular foldable mobile room disclosed by the invention, a single person or double people carry out quick unfolding or folding in a manual way, safety performance is high, and sealing performance is good.
