Online monitoring system and method for mooring force of floating bollard of high-water-head ship lock
The invention provides an online monitoring system and method for mooring force of a floating bollard of a high-water-head ship lock. The online monitoring system comprises a strain detection device,a data acquisition device, a storage battery, a wireless charging device and a terminal processing device. The strain detection device, the data acquisition device and the storage battery are mountedon the floating bollard. The floating bollard and the wireless charging device are installed in a U-shaped groove and a U-shaped groove top of the lock wall respectively. And the terminal processing device is placed on the gate surface. The monitoring method comprises: the strain detection device detecting the strain of the corresponding position of the bollard, and the data acquisition device preprocessing data and wirelessly transmitting the data to the terminal processing device for post-processing and emergency operation. The mooring force can be digitally and remotely monitored in real time, whether a ship is tied or not is judged in an assisted mode, the situations of bollard jamming, bollard breakage, cable breakage and the like are found in time, early warning and emergency operation of a ship lock operation control system are participated, ship berthing management of operators is facilitated, and the operation safety of a ship lock is guaranteed.
