A power transformation module is installed in the sliding guide device, the upper end of the power transformation module is electrically connected with a cable, the cable is connected with an external power source, the lower end of the power transformation module is electrically connected with a transmitting end module outside the sliding guide device, and the transmitting end module is arranged right opposite to a power receiving end module on the floating bollard. And when the distance between the power receiving end module and the transmitting end module reaches the working distance, charging operation is carried out.
