The invention discloses a vermiculite high-temperature sealant and a preparation method and a preparation device thereof. The vermiculite high-temperature sealant is prepared from 30% of chemical expanded vermiculite, 11% of talc, 5.5% of glass fiber, 0.3% of dispersing agent, 6.5% of polyester resin, 0.2% of catalyst, 1.5% of blocked isocyanate and 45% of methylbenzene. A sealant preparation all-in-one machine comprises a stirring assembly and a modifying assembly. The stirring module comprises a stirring bin, a stirring main shaft is arranged in the center of the inner bottom of the stirringbin, a plurality of feeding rods are arranged on the outer side of the circumference of the stirring main shaft, the modification module comprises an annular soaking bin, a bearing net capable of moving up and down is arranged in the annular soaking bin, and a detachable infrared lamp tube is arranged on the annular soaking bin; a liquid collecting bin is further arranged on the outer wall of themiddle of the stirring bin and communicates with the lower bottom surface of the annular soaking bin, and multiple electric control bin doors are circumferentially arranged at the positions, corresponding to the annular soaking bin, of the inner wall of the stirring bin. The vermiculite high-temperature sealant prepared by the invention can be used as compensation of a non-metal high-temperaturesealing gasket, can also be independently used as a sealing material, and has excellent sealing and temperature-resistant functions after film formation.
