The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-temperature-resistant vermiculite wire mesh woven packing. The preparation method comprises the steps of burdening, coating, knitting, knitting,shaping, spraying and the like. The ingredients comprise expanded vermiculite, an adhesive, a dispersing agent, siloxane, a foaming agent and an inorganic filler. The packing is woven by adopting a material mainly comprising expanded vermiculite, the packing is heated to expand by adding the foaming agent, the foaming expansion volume of the packing is limited by utilizing the model box, and certain external pressure is formed on the foaming of the packing by adopting the counterweight disc so that the foaming packing with regular and compact specification can be obtained, the compression setrate is favorably reduced, and the bearing pressure is improved. In addition, a protective agent is sprayed on the outer surface of the packing to form a protective film so that the packing can be protected, the heat-resistant temperature of the packing is further increased to 1100 DEG C and the packing has good sealing performance and longer service life.
本发明公开了一种耐高温蛭石金属丝网编织盘根的制备方法,包括配料‑涂布‑针织‑编织‑定型‑喷涂等步骤,配料中包括膨胀蛭石、胶黏剂、分散剂、硅氧烷、发泡剂、无机填料,本发明采用膨胀蛭石为主的材料来编织盘根,通过添加发泡剂使盘根受热膨胀,利用模型盒限定盘根的发泡膨胀体积,并采用配重盘对盘根发泡形成一定的外加压力,不仅能够得到规格整齐且紧实的发泡盘根,有利于减小压缩永久变形率,提高承受压力。本发明还在盘根外表面喷涂了防护剂用于形成防护膜能够对盘根起到保护作用,进一步提高其耐热温度达1100℃,使其具有良好的密封性能以及更长的使用寿命。
