The invention discloses a passive house biomass wallboard which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of fly ash, 40-60 parts of high-density polyethylene, 50-60 parts of straw, 20-30 parts of bamboo fiber powder, 20-30 parts of wood fiber powder, 10-20 parts of cellulose ether and 40-50 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the raw materials; (2) mixing cellulose ether and water, and uniformly stirring; (3) adding fly ash, high-density polyethylene, straw, bamboo fiber powder and wood fiber powder, and uniformly stirring; (4) pre-granulating through a double-screw extruder, and carrying out extrusion molding through a double-screw extruder to obtain a semi-finished product; and (5) shaping, cooling to room temperature, cutting, calendaring and laminating to obtain the product. The product disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of light weight, heat insulation, sound insulation, flame retardance, good water resistance and the like, is relatively long in service life, and particularly meets the application requirements of passive house buildings, indoor sound insulation, heat insulation,heat preservation and the like of civil buildings.
