The invention discloses a passive house organic wallboard which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of Portland cement, 60-80 parts of organic silicon resin, 40-60 parts of an organic cementing material, 20-30 parts of cellulose ether, 10-20 parts of a retarder, 10-20 parts of a defoaming agent and 40-60 parts of water. The preparation method comprises thefollowing steps: (1) weighing the raw materials; (2) mixing the Portland cement with the water, and uniformly stirring; (3) adding the organic silicon resin and the organic cementing material, and uniformly stirring; and (4) sequentially adding the cellulose ether, the retarder and the defoaming agent, stirring until the components are completely mixed, and carrying out compression molding. The product provided by the invention has the characteristics of excellent heat insulation effect, low cost, high cost performance and the like, has longer service life, and particularly meets the application requirements of indoor sound insulation, heat insulation, heat preservation and the like of passive house buildings and civil buildings.
