Underground garage and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an underground garage. The underground garage comprises a foundation pit; a plurality of steel support piles are fixed on the edges of the foundation pit; a bottom plate is arranged on the bottom of the foundation pit and is spliced from a plurality of steel plates; steel plates on the edges of the bottom plate are fixed to the steel support piles; the filling of a concretelayer is arranged between the bottom plate and the bottom surface of the foundation pit; a top plate is fixed to the top of the steel support piles; a through groove is formed in the inside of each steel support pile; a plurality of first threaded holes are formed in the side wall of the through grooves; connecting blocks are installed in the through grooves; connecting rods are in a flexible inserting connection with two sides of the connecting blocks and correspond to the first threaded holes; second threaded holes are formed in the connecting blocks and correspond to the first threaded holes; cones are arranged on the tail end of each connecting rods; the top of the cones are positioned in the second threaded holes; a groove is formed in each of the steel plates which are fixedly connected with the steel support piles; the grooves and the through grooves are positioned on a same plane; and a side plate is arranged between two adjacent steel support piles. The underground garage canovercome the shortage of the prior art, improve construction efficiency and lower construction cost.
本发明公开了一种地下车库,包括基坑,所述基坑的边缘固定有若干个钢制支护桩,基坑的底部通过若干个钢板拼接有底板,位于底板边缘的钢板固定在钢制支护桩上,底板与基坑底面之间填充有混凝土层,钢制支护桩的顶部固定有顶板,钢制支护桩内开设有通槽,通槽侧壁开设有若干个第一螺纹孔,通槽内安装有连接块,连接块两侧活动插接有与第一螺纹孔相对应的连杆,连接块上设置有与第一螺纹孔相对应的第二螺纹孔,连杆的末端设置有锥体,锥体的顶部位于第二螺纹孔内,与钢制支护桩固定连接的钢板上设置有凹槽,凹槽与通槽位于同一平面上,相邻钢制支护桩之间设置有侧板。本发明能够改进现有技术的不足,提高了施工效率,降低了施工成本。
