The invention discloses an annular underground garage and a construction method thereof. The annular underground garage comprises an annular steel sheet pile outer wall, a lifting channel and a plurality of parking layers, wherein the lifting channel is arranged in the steel sheet pile outer wall, the lifting direction of the lifting channel is the same as the height direction of the steel sheet pile outer wall, and the lifting channel is used for transferring vehicles between the parking layers of the annular underground garage and vehicle entrances and exits; the parking layers are arrangedbetween the steel sheet pile outer wall and the lifting channel at intervals; the lifting channel is formed by enclosing a plurality of stand column sets, the stand column sets are arranged in the radial direction of the annular underground garage, and every two adjacent stand column sets are connected through a cross beam; and partition walls are arranged between the steel sheet pile outer wall and the stand column sets. According to the annular underground garage and the construction method thereof, the overall structure of the underground garage is composed of steel sheet piles, the steel sheet piles can sink before a foundation pit is excavated, and the construction progress is accelerated.
