The invention provides a quick mounting joint device for a box beam, a super high rise tower crown box beam and a mounting method thereof. The quick mounting joint device comprises a lining ring plate, an inner supporting piece and a pushing/pulling piece; the outside diameter size of the lining ring plate is matched with the inside diameter size of the box beam; the length of the lining ring plate is greater than the width of a butt seam between the box beam and a box bracket to be butted; the inner supporting piece is supported in the lining ring plate; the side part of the inner supportingpiece extends to the outer side of the lining ring plate to form an extending part; and the pushing/pulling piece is connected to the extending part. According to the quick mounting joint device for the box beam, the super high rise tower crown box beam and the mounting method thereof, the problems of low efficiency and high danger coefficient caused by the fact that welding equipment is requiredto be carried to perform a spot welding operation when the conventional tower crown box steel beam is temporarily butted and mounted are solved.
