Retaining structure of modularized steel structure building and mounting method
The invention discloses a retaining structure of a modularized steel structure building and a mounting method. The retaining structure comprises a module beam, channel steel, two stand columns and a wall filler. The mounting process is as follows: welding the middle part of the channel steel to the bottom of the modularized beam, enabling two wing edges of the channel steel to face downwards, andseparately connecting the two wing edges of the channel steel to one stand column through bolts; arranging the bolts in a vertical direction of the stand columns, and arranging the wall filler betweenthe two stand columns. According to the retaining structure disclosed by the invention, the middle part of the channel steel is welded on the bottom of the module beam, the two wing edges of the channel steel face downwards, and the channel steel is parallel to the length direction of the module beam; the two wing edges of the channel steel are separately connected to the stand columns through the bolts, and connecting positions of the wing edges of the channel steel and the stand columns are regulated according to needed height, and the stand columns are fixedly arranged on ground; and the wall filler is filled between the two stand columns, so that mounting is accomplished. The load ability of the retaining structure is improved, welding seam defect influences are reduced, and safety performance is improved.
本发明公开了一种模块化钢结构建筑的围护结构及安装方法,包括模块梁、槽钢、两根立柱和墙体填充物;安装过程为,槽钢中部焊接在模块梁底部,槽钢两个翼缘均朝下,槽钢两个翼缘分别螺栓连接一个立柱;螺栓数量为多个,在立柱的竖直方向上排列,两根立柱之间设置有墙体填充物。将槽钢中部焊接在模块梁底部,槽钢两个翼缘均朝下,槽钢与模块梁长度方向平行;将槽钢两个翼缘分别与立柱螺栓连接,根据需要高度,调节槽钢的翼缘与立柱的连接位置,然后将立柱固定在地面上;在两根立柱之间填充墙体填充物,完成安装。提高围护结构的荷载能力,减少焊缝缺陷影响,提高安全性能。
