Modularized building based on sparse steel frame-supporting structure and mounting process
The invention discloses a modularized building based on a sparse steel frame-supporting structure and an installation process. The modularized building comprises two structural bodies, namely the sparse steel frame-supporting structure and a module unit. The sparse steel frame-supporting structure comprises a frame column, a frame beam and a supporting structure, the beam end of the frame beam is connected with the frame column on site, or the beam end of the frame beam is connected with the midspan position of the frame beam in the other direction on site, and the supporting structure is connected with the frame column and the frame beam at the end through a gusset plate. The sparse steel frame-supporting structure is provided with two layers of module units within the floor height range of the sparse steel frame-supporting structure. The invention further comprises an installation process of the modularized building based on the sparse steel frame-supporting structure. The sparse steel frame-supporting structure serves as a main lateral resisting structure, so that the modular structure system can be applied to a high-rise building, compared with a traditional embedded modular structure system, the number of frame beams is reduced due to the larger frame layer height, the overall steel consumption is reduced, and the field installation difficulty is lowered.
