The composite heat preservation structure sequentially comprises a heat preservation rock wool board, an inorganic adhesive layer, a high-density rock wool fiber board, an inorganic adhesive layer and a decorative surface layer from a foundation wall body to the outside, wherein the density of the high-density rock wool fiber board is 300-1500 kg/m<3>, the tensile strength of the high-density rock wool fiber board is 0.15-0.7 MPa, thecompressive strength of the high-density rock wool fiber board is 13-75 MPa, the ignition point of the high-density rock wool fiber board is 600-1000 DEG C, the single-point anchoring force of the high-density rock wool fiber board is 300-1500N, and the thickness of the high-density rock wool fiber board is 5-50 mm; and the thickness of the heat preservation rock wool board is 40-120 mm, and thedensity of the heat preservation rock wool board is 150-200 kg/m<3>. According to the construction of the composite heat preservation structure, rock wool boards with different densities and differentstates are adopted as a main body of the heat preservation structure, the nail-holding ability of the rock wool boards can be improved while the outer layer structure of the heat preservation structure is reduced, so that the rock wool boards can be more firmly fixed to the wall body, and the overall material cost and the construction cost of the heat preservation structure are reduced.
本发明涉及一种建筑外墙的复合保温结构及其施工方法,该复合保温结构从基础墙体向外依次是保温岩棉板、无机粘接剂层、高密度岩棉纤维板、无机粘接剂层和装饰面层;其中,所述的高密度岩棉纤维板的密度为300~1500kg/m3,抗拉强度为0.15~0.7MPa、抗压强度为13~75MPa、燃点为600‑1000℃、单点锚固力为300~1500N,厚度为5~50mm;所述保温岩棉板的厚度为40~120mm,密度为150~200kg/m3。该复合保温结构的施工采用不同密度、不同状态的岩棉板作为保温结构的主体,在减少保温结构的外层结构的同时,还可以提高岩棉板的握钉力,使其能够更加牢固的固定在墙体上,从而降低保温结构整体的材料成本和施工成本。
