The invention provides a high-altitude extra-high voltage alternating current and direct current test tension tower. The high-altitude extra-high voltage alternating current and direct current test tension tower is provided with a tower body and a ground wire support. The tower body is sequentially provided with a first layer wire cross arm, a second layer wire cross arm and a third layer wire cross arm from bottom to top, wherein the first layer wire cross arm, the second layer wire cross arm and the third layer wire cross arm are symmetrical in a left-right mode. The lower plane of the firstlayer wire cross arm is provided with a plurality of first direct current wire hanging points, and first alternating current wire hanging points which are symmetrical are arranged in the middle of the tower body at the height of the first layer wire cross arm in a front-back mode. The second layer wire cross arm and the third layer wire cross arm are located on the lower plane and the upper plane, parallel to each other, of the same square cross arm respectively. The second layer wire cross arm is provided with a plurality of second direct current wire hanging points, and the third layer wirecross arm is provided with a plurality of third direct current wire hanging points. Second alternating current wire hanging points which are symmetrical are arranged in the middle of the tower body at the height of the second layer wire cross arm in a front-back mode. The high-altitude extra-high voltage alternating current and direct current test tension tower achieves the effect that one test line has the functions of nine power transmission lines, greatly reduces project investment, and plays a key role in the whole altitude test base project.
