METHOD FOR TREATING SLUDGE AND CEMENT MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
This method for treating sludge comprises: mixing dewatered sludge and cement raw material to make a mixture; drying the mixture with a dryer which brings the mixture into contact with a drying gas; supplying a dried mixture as a fuel and a raw material for a firing step for a cement manufacturing process; supplying an exhaust gas from the dryer as a cooling gas for a fired product for the firingstep; and supplying, as the drying gas, an exhaust gas of 50-200 deg C (exclusive of 200 deg C) to the dryer, the exhaust gas being an exhaust gas for a cement manufacturing process or an exhaust gasfor a process using heat thereof.
本发明的污泥的处理方法包含：将脱水污泥与水泥原料混合而制作混成物；藉由使混成物与干燥用气体接触的干燥机将混成物干燥；将经干燥的混成物作为燃料及原料向水泥制造程序的烧成工序供给；将干燥机的排气作为烧成物的冷却用气体向烧成工序供给；及将水泥制造程序的排气或利用其热的程序的排气作为干燥用气体向干燥机供给，该排气是50℃以上且低于200℃的排气。
