METHOD FOR TREATING SLUDGE AND CEMENT MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
This method for treating sludge comprises: mixing dewatered sludge and cement raw material to make a mixture; drying the mixture with a dryer which brings the mixture into contact with a drying gas; supplying a dried mixture as a fuel and a raw material for a firing step for a cement manufacturing process; supplying an exhaust gas from the dryer as a cooling gas for a fired product for the firing step; and supplying, as the drying gas, an exhaust gas of 50-200°C (exclusive of 200°C) to the dryer, the exhaust gas being an exhaust gas for a cement manufacturing process or an exhaust gas for a process using heat thereof.
Ce procédé de traitement de boues comprend : mélanger des boues déshydratées et des matières premières de ciment pour fabriquer un mélange; effectuer le séchage du mélange avec un séchoir qui met le mélange en contact avec un gaz de séchage; introduire un mélange séché sous la forme d'un combustible et d'une matière première pour une étape de cuisson dans un processus de fabrication de ciment; fournir un gaz d'échappement provenant du séchoir en tant que gaz de refroidissement pour un produit cuit dans l'étape de cuisson; et fournir, en tant que gaz de séchage, un gaz d'échappement de 50-200 °C (à l'exclusion de 200 °C) au séchoir, le gaz d'échappement étant un gaz d'échappement pour un procédé de fabrication de ciment ou un gaz d'échappement pour un procédé utilisant de la chaleur de celui-ci.
汚泥の処理方法が、脱水汚泥とセメント原料とを混合して混成物を作製すること、混成物を乾燥用ガスと接触させる乾燥機で混成物を乾燥させること、乾燥した混成物をセメント製造プロセスの焼成工程へ燃料及び原料として供給すること、乾燥機の排ガスを焼成工程へ焼成物の冷却用ガスとして供給すること、及び、セメント製造プロセスの排ガス又はその熱を利用したプロセスの排ガスであって、５０℃以上２００℃未満の排ガスを乾燥機へ乾燥用ガスとして供給することを含む。
