The invention relates to an ecological regeneration brick and a manufacturing process thereof. The ecological regeneration brick comprises brick bodies, wherein a planting groove which penetrates in an up-and-down manner is formed in each of the brick bodies, an irrigation channel is formed in each brick body, and comprises an irrigation loop which is arranged along the edge of the corresponding planting groove and communicates with the inner cavity of the planting groove, and a communicating channel which communicates with the irrigation loop and penetrates through the outer side wall being opposite to the corresponding brick body, and one communicating channel on at least one opposite side wall of each brick body extends outwards to be provided with a communicating pipe which can be in inserting connection to the side walls of adjacent brick bodies. The ecological regeneration brick has the effects of increasing the utilization rate of construction waste and realizing favorable drainage.
