The invention provides a full servo direct drive comb type intelligent car. The full servo direct drive comb type intelligent car comprises a railway, a front comb, a front chassis and a rear chassis,wherein the front chassis and the rear chassis both are mounted on the railway, the front chassis and the rear chassis are in movable hinge joint through a spherical hinge connecting rod, a guide wheel is mounted at bottom of a front end of the front chassis, a lifting guide sleeve and a lifting direct drive servo motor are arranged at a middle part of the front chassis, tops of the lifting direct drive servo motor and the lifting guide sleeve jack up the front com to move up and down, the front comb is driven by a gear and a rack on a servo motor of a telescopic device to stretch out and draw back towards two sides, a driving walking wheel is mounted at two sides of the rear chassis at one end of the front chassis, and a rear com is mounted at the middle part of the rear chassis. The intelligent car provided by the scheme of the invention is low in maintenance cost, and is low-noise due to less gear drive.
本发明提供的全伺服直驱梳齿式智能小车，它包括有轨道、前梳齿、前底盘、后底盘，其中，前底盘、后底盘均安装在轨道上，前底盘、后底盘之间通过球铰连接杆活动铰接，前底盘前端底部安装有导向轮，前底盘中部固定有升降导向套和升降直驱伺服电机，升降直驱伺服电机、升降导向套顶部顶着前梳齿作上下运动，前梳齿通过伸缩装置直驱伺服电机上的齿轮和齿条带动向两侧伸缩，前底盘一端的后底盘两侧安装有主动行走车轮，后底盘中部安装有后梳齿。本方案后的智能小车维护成本极低，且由于齿轮传动少，其噪音很小。
