Electric servo direct drive type walking wheel device
The invention provides an electric servo direct drive type walking wheel device which comprises wheels, a front radial bearing, a machine shell, a stator, a rotor, a main shaft, an end cover, a rear radial bearing and an electromagnetic disc brake. One end of the machine shell is sealed, an installation opening is formed in the other end of the machine shell, the end cover is installed at the installation opening, the stator is installed in the machine shell, the main shaft is installed in the rotor, the front radial bearing is arranged at the sealed end of the machine shell, the rear radial bearing is arranged on the end cover, one end of the main shaft penetrates through the rear radial bearing to be connected with the electromagnetic disc brake, and the other end of the main shaft penetrates through the front radial bearing to be connected with the wheels. By the adoption of the scheme, the structure is simple, and machining, manufacturing, installing and maintaining are convenient.
本发明提供电动伺服直驱式行走车轮装置,它包括有车轮、前径向轴承、机壳、定子、转子、主轴、端盖、后径向轴承、电磁碟片制动器,机壳一端密封,另一端形成安装口,安装口处安装有端盖,定子安装在机壳内,转子内安装有主轴,机壳密封端设有前径向轴承,端盖上设有后径向轴承,主轴其中一端穿过后径向轴承与电磁碟片制动器连接,主轴另一端穿过前径向轴承与车轮连接。采用本方案后,其结构简单,便于加工制造、安装与维护。
